There are 2 ways to deal with stress, they are:

Exercise can also improve sleep quality, which can be negatively affected by stress.





When you exercise on a daily basis, you may feel more capable and confident in your body, which in turn promotes mental wellbeing. Try to find an exercise routine or activity you enjoy, like walking, dancing, rock climbing or yoga.




These physical activities like walking or jogging which involve repetitive movements of large muscle groups can be particularly stressed relieving.




2. Take a Yoga Class



Yoga is a popular procedure of stress relief and exercises among all age groups. While practicing yoga, people follow different styles but everyone shares a common goal. The goal is to control your body and mind. Yoga does this by increasing body and breath awareness.
