I am 78 years old. As we age, our teeth wear down. Now flat biting edges darken and teeth look unsightly. As a result of this wear down, last day one of my teeth chipped off. I thought of getting a filling. So that it can improve biting and the ability to chew. My friend suggested going for tooth-colored filling from Toronto. I am pretty sure it can improve my biting ability. But I confused about the durability of this filling. I am not sure how can I improve the durability of the filling. I read that usage of a night guard can protect from further damage. Is there any other method that I can try? It will be great if you can help me out here.
