been experiencing slow pain which seems to be always present in Left Arm and extends to shoulder. IS it because of some heart ailment?..In my regular health checkups everything is normal, Lipid all heart parameters and even TMT and ECG.

Can a heart attack occur even if the tests are normal? any incident anybody knows.

This is happening to me for last month or so.

any advice would be helpful.
