Anjali Mukerjee Health Total believes that with a combination of good dietary habits and skin care routine the vitality and glow of dry skin can be restored to its former glory.  Which foods according to you should be added to improve skin health?

Hi,

 

There are so many foods that you can add to have a glowing skin, Majorly eat lot of green vegetable, spinach, add yoghurt, if you are a non vegetarian eating Salmon would be a good idea. If you can manage get Blue Berries.

 

You can also add 2 spoonfuls of Alsi (flax seeds) to ur diet.

 

Eats nuts specifically Walnuts.

 

Add tomatos Kiwi etc..

 

I hope enough foods to be added if you want a glowingskin.

mantras to glowing skin

 

1)remain stress free

2)eat fruits rich in vitamin C

3)cut caffeine from your diet.if you are opting for tea then please go for green tea(a good antioxidants)

4)drink plenty of water(must to do)

5)you need not change your diet plan totally just add fruits and beetroot,also green leafy vegetables.

6) i have also heard that strawberry do wonders to dry skin.
