How can one be sure that his arteries are not blocked. I mean what are the test one can go for to be 100% sure that he is OK.

I live in constant fear of having heart disease and always feel that I can die because of that. Doctors say ECG, TMT and so many of them. Which one should I undergo first.

don't worry too much on this one..lot of people are in constant anxiety because of this..I think the sequence of test you can follow to detect any heart problem is:

1. Blood test to have your lipid profile/ BP monitoring/ Sugar level

2. ECG

3. TMT

4. ECO

5. Stress Eco

6. Angiography or non invasive angiography

I think you can follow this sequence and get to the next level depending on the results. But if you have any inclination please contact the docs as Heart Issues are something which may not give you second chance. Eat healthy and regular exercise is key to be healthy and reduce the heart diseases.
