Joint and bone pain became a serious problem with aging. The victims of this problem are especially women. There are many reasons for this. Due to increasing age, the joints start swelling and stiffness.
nutritional deficiencies
In old age, if you do not consume vegetables or fruits according to the season, then there is a lack of nutrients in your body. Due to which pain starts to form.
Weight gain
If you are overweight, it is possible to get swelling in your feet. In such a situation, control the weight.
Calcium deficiency
The elderly often reduce their intake of calcium-rich foods. Which has a bad effect on their bones and causes pain.
Vitamin D deficiency
With age, the deficiency of vitamins starts in the body and vitamin D is very important for bones. In excess of this, the joints start to ache and become stiff.
