My fascia at medial epicondyle is heavily infammed. I have inside elbow pain using keyboard and mouse when pressing. Also pain doing curls with weights ranging from 1-5lbs up and down. I have mild small pain rotating arm using pronator. I did eccentric pronation exercises and negative curls for 3 months and made it worse. When extending elbow sometimes has tightness and pops once extended if do it to fast. I had cubital tunnel release operation to relieve nerve but fascia still hurts, what can be done?
