Late teething is known to be hereditary. Often, it runs in the family, and you should know that your baby has a genetic predisposition to delay teething unless he is your first child. The later the children get their teeth, the later they lose them and that equates to better health of the teeth.

coming of teeth late is not a unusual condition and it can happen to kids. My daughter grew teeth after 6 months. i had to take her to dentist and he decided for an xray which can confirm if the teeths are growing from the roots or not. He only confirmed that the teeth are coming and will be out in a months time and they surely did. So dont worry just wait otherwise consult a doctor and he can confirm via xray.

My daughter teeth are not coming even after 3 month have gone since she lost her tooth. She is now 6 yrs and 5 months but no sign of tooth coming out. IS it normal or do I need to show to dentist?
