Eat a lot more fiber-rich foods (especially soluble fiber from foods like beans, oats, barley, fruits, and vegetables).

I think its not much of worry till it crosses 150 with all other parameters under control...Try flax seeds around 2 spoons full with one of the meals, may be mix with roti dough and that should be enough...be physically active and this will bring the LDL down....

got raised level of LDL 119 but rest all parameter are in control...Please any body can share any treatment apart from the medical prescription....any alternate treatment is welcome...
