I agree with the above poster. I think it has something to do with what you wear on your feet.

I don't think it is a pain due to arthritis. This can be because of some foot wear issue. Please try changing your footwear and wera something that is soft on feet. Sometime shoes or sandals which are old can cause this kind of pain as the pressure comes to a certain area due to wear and tear of the normal footwear.

 

let me know if the pain persists. watch it for some days before going to the doctors where you may undergo unnecessary tests.

I have been experiencing pain on the thumb portion of my left feet. There is no sweelling or redness but the pain does not go...it is not that severe but keep on coming after few days...can it be arthritis...
