    Eating 5 to 6 meals a day can also help to increase weight.

    Wakeup early in the morning and take breakfast as soon as possible in morning before 9 o clock. After that start taking small small part of meals entire instead taking one heavy meal in afternoon lunch time.

    I used to do this for 4 months and got a very good result.
